I cannot log in to Blackboard
Click on the Log In button at the top of this page and enter your Trinity Computer Account details.
If you are having problems logging in to Blackboard contact the IT Service Desk.

I am not enrolled on a module
Students must have the module listed on their student record to access it in Blackboard.
Academic staff must be timetabled to a module in CMIS to be enrolled as instructors in a module.
If you cannot see your modules in Blackboard check with your School to ensure you are timetabled for them.

Is there a Blackboard app for my phone/tablet?

Students can download the Blackboard App from the iTunes Store or Google Play. Open the app store on your device and search for 'Blackboard App.' Install and open the app and search for Trinity College Dublin.
Staff can download the Blackboard Instructor app from the iOS or Google Play app stores.

Internet Explorer Issues

Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Blackboard and you will encounter issues accessing content, uploading files or using the different tools available in Blackboard; please try Chrome or Firefox instead. Click here to view a list of supported browsers and versions.

Please note: the login form below is only for the non-TCD student cohorts listed on the VLE page. Trinity staff and students should click the login box at the top of this page or the login button at the top right of the screen.
The 'Preview as Guest' option allows access to certain pieces of content. If you are a guest and have a direct link to a specific file, click on the guest link then enter the URL provided by the instructor.
